About the Project
State of Wellness (SOW) began in 2011, providing health and wellness services and courses while collaborating with the CDC’s diabetes prevention program.
SOW also operates several other websites dedicated to health and wellness. I manage their servers, ensuring they are updated and secure, as well as handle the maintenance and updates of their websites.
